2023 Drug & Alcohol Program Enrollment

Starting October 1st, we will be accepting 2023 Annual Enrollments for our Drug and Alcohol testing programs.


If your company enrolls in our Drug and Alcohol program during the last quarter of 2022, all 2022 enrollment fees will be waived for the remainder of the calendar year, provided your company signs a 2023 Drug and Alcohol Testing Program enrollment service agreement with Front Range Compliance Services. Enrollment fees for 2023 will be collected mid December 2022, in preparation of the first quarter's random selections.


We offer an all-inclusive service for both DOT and non-DOT testing requirements with more than 15,000 testing sites across the United States. We not only act as a Third Party Administrator (TPA), but in efforts to assist you and your company in maintaining compliance, we act as an assistant Designated Employer Representative (DER) to maintain record management and DOT programs consulting.

It is our responsibility to manage this program in efforts to keep you compliant with the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol testing regulations. We strongly feel that your DOT drug and alcohol testing third party service, should provide just that, a service, and be a partner for you and your team to rely on.


Each of our clients enrolled in the program will be provided with an account manager to assist them in ordering tests within their local region with more than 15,000 testing facilities located throughout the United States available to you for any special testing circumstances your company might require. Additionally, we also offer our clients DER training and upon initial enrollment we provide the drug and alcohol policy, drug free workplace policy, and the controlled substance use training materials required for all CDL drivers. We will update and manage your policies as long as you, our client, remains enrolled in our D&A program.


We will assist the client in managing the FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements by completing pre-employment and annual queries as needed for the client. As your TPA, we will maintain all of your follow-up testing schedules and documents from the Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) providers for the Clearinghouse. As a service to you, we will provide MIS Reports annually and statical reports bi-annually.
