The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has reinstated Golden ELD to the list of registered Electronic Logging Devices (ELD).
As of July 25, 2023, the following device is now listed on the list of registered ELDs. The ELD was previously revoked but has been reinstated.

Golden ELD was previously removed from the list of registered devices because of failure to meet the requirements of 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, appendix A, the Hours of Service of Drivers regulation.
With reinstating GoldenELD, the FMCSA also revoked ALL TRUCKERS ELD, PRIMELD, and SECURE ELD devices. Motor carriers using these ELDs must replace them with a registered ELD before September 23, 2023.
